| Do you have a catalogue that you can send me through the mail? |
| BSB carries an ever-changing selection of styles/sizes, as such, it would be difficult to compile them into a catalogue. In addition, we offer collections that are adapted to each of our markets, allowing us to meet all of our customers' needs. |

| How do I place an order? |
| Once you have added an item to your Shoe Box, you can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from the Shoe Box bar at the bottom of your screen. |

| Can I place an international order? |
| Yes, we can take orders from countries other than Canada and the continental USA. Note: you can only place an order in the country from which your credit card was issued. |

| Can I cancel my order? |
| Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning it by courier. See the return policy section for more details. |

| What payment methods are available? |
| We accept the following payment methods: We do not accept cheques, cash or credit vouchers. For payments by credit card, your billing address must exactly match your name, address, postal code and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.
Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian or US addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order. |
